European Climate Pact – Event „Protein-based materials: A sustainable solution for our technological world?”
We are thrilled to announce the virtual European Climate Pact Satellite Event „Protein-based materials: A sustainable solution for our technological world?“ supported by the EU project ARTIBLED (No 863170). The event will take place at 1st of October 2021 from 4-7 pm (CEST). International experts in Biotechnology, Synthetic Biology, and Energy will provide a critical vision about the current actions on protein-based technologies towards shaping a sustainable society. This will be followed by an open round stable discussion.

Wie schnell die Zeit vergeht, kann man auf diesen Bildern sehen. Innerhalb eines Jahres hat sich das Team mehr als verdoppelt!!
Das Team um Prof. Costa besteht nun aus zwei Untergruppenleitern, einem technischen Assistenten, zwei Teamassistentinnen, vier Postdocs, zehn PhD Studenten und durchschnittlich 2-4 Master-/Bachelorstudenten, sowie 2-4 Forschungspraktikanten.

Wir freuen uns sehr, M.Sc. Marta Patrian und Dr. Mattia Nieddu in unserem Team begrüßen zu dürfen.
Marta, unsere neue PhD Studentin, wird sich auf die Entwicklung neuer fluoreszierender Proteine für energiebezogene Anwendungen konzentrieren.
Mattia ist ein Marie Skłodowska-Curie-Fellow. Seine Forschung konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung von Bio-Hybrid-LEDs auf der Grundlage von Nanomaterialien auf Basis fluoreszierender Proteine.
