Steffi and Marco have published a new article in Advanced Optical Materials on fluorescent proteins as new chiroptical materials that are crucial for encoding, storing, and transmitting information. We have shown that fluorescent proteins feature high BCPL in solution. In addition, the dissymmetry factor glum holds in protein-polymer composites, exhibiting remarkable stability in hybrid light-emitting diodes.
