Congrats to Youssef and Luca for their new publication in Dalton Transactions, in collaboration with Dr. Jean-Louis Schmitt from the University of Strasbourg and Dr. Daniel Van Opdenbosch from the Chair for Biogenic Polymers. We implemented new green hybrid LEDs (HLEDs, stability up to 16 days) based on a Magnesium MOF (photoluminescence quantum yield > 80%) embedded in a polystyrene matrix. A new step forward in the world of solid-state lighting based on rare-earth free materials!
